Pittsville 4th of July Parade

Deers are a problem in Wisconsin. Wisconites manage the deer population, and fatten their stomach at the same time, via annual hunting seasons, first with guns, then bow and arrow. Sometimes they use their cars too, and they don't have to wait for any season for that.

Rows of vintage cars.

This guy is in an outhouse. Water is shooting up from a toilet. He is advertising a plumbing company. Now that's what I called a small town parade.

Pittsville is a small town in the middle of Wisconsin. Like other small town in rural Wisconsin, they put on a parade every 4th. This was my first time there. The crowd was actually quite big.

Pittsville is the classic small town, even the sign on this gentleman in overalls admits it. It said: "Where the hell is Pittswille, WI?" His son was handling out tootsie rolls for the kids alongside the street.

One of the main attractions of the parade, tractors and farm machines.

Vintage cars were the other main attractions. I wouldn't mind having one of those.
