Morning finds me with goldfinches feeding on our maple tree in the winter. these shots are handheld, as the birds move about quite rapidly.
this one was taken between branches. Maintaining focus on the bird was at times difficult when using automatic focus. I contemplated on switching to manual focus a few times but never it.
